Scar revision: Scars are
redone thereby becoming thinner and less perceptible
for a better appearance. |

Skin grafts: Good skin is removed from
a donor site for application to another area may be used
to substitute skin that has been harmed or to correct
scars. Rafts of other tissues, such as cartilage, may
be used to reconstruct ears, for example. |

Flaps: These are comprised of either skin alone or in association with deeper tissues, such as muscular aponeurosis, used to improve the aspect of deformed areas. |
