A non-profit entity created to encourage education, research and dissemination of the benefits derived from plastic surgery and the providing of related specialized medical services to low-income populations. Formerly called the CEIP - Ivo Pitanguy Study Center, the Institute was founded in 1975 by Dr. Ivo Pitanguy.
